No. In less than 10 minutes you can set up your first game without any help.

What do I need to get started?

Just four things. Your logo, so the game has your business identity. The main prize, which motivates people to participate — the more attractive, the more participants. The consolation prize, which is the strategic incentive for customers to come back and buy — don't make it generic, make it specific to the day or shift you need to fill. What games can I create?

Can I have more than one active game at the same time?

Yes. Depending on your plan you can have between 3 and 100 active games simultaneously, plus multiple team users.

Can I customize the colors and logo of the game?

What happens if the prize stock runs out?

What is the consolation prize?

What is the upsell offer?

How does my staff redeem prizes?

Each team member has a unique PIN. The customer shows their code, the employee validates it from their phone. Simple, no errors, no fraud.

Can I set an expiration date for prizes?

Yes. You decide how many days each prize is valid from the moment it's generated.

How do I export the contacts I captured?

Can I connect jugalo.app with WhatsApp Business?

You can export your contacts and use them directly in WhatsApp Business. If you want more advanced automations, jugalo.app has webhooks to connect with any tool.

Does jugalo.app comply with data protection laws?

Yes. Every participant accepts the terms and conditions before playing. Their data is stored securely and they can request deletion at any time.

How does the trial period work?

14 days free with full access to the platform. No credit card. No commitments.

What happens when the trial ends?

You choose a plan and continue. If you don't, your account is paused. Your data is kept for 60 days — during that time you can reactivate your account and recover everything. After 60 days, the information is permanently deleted with no possibility of recovery.

Why do the plans scale?

Because every business is different. Plans scale based on the number of games you need, QR scans, leads you generate and team users. You only pay for what you use.

Can I change plans at any time?
